JordiLight is a versatile, innovative outdoor flashlight designed for adventurers. Its main features include a foldable, wearable design, making it convenient for various activities.

The product was designed by Twelve Degrees Design Studio, and the first looks-like prototype was made at TechWorks, where I led the fabrication process.

The prototyping was done using various 3D printing technologies, from SLA to FDM. TO fabricate the flexible part, I designed a mold to be injected with silicone rubber, ensuring the details and appearance of the desired product are met.

The outcome was two early prototypes that helped the client assess the look and feel of their product and adjust the design accordingly.
